Overview: Jesus the Creator
Synopsis
Although God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit as One is
considered to be the Creator of the heavens and earth, it is God the Son,
Jesus Christ, who is the agent of creation. Through Jesus the universe was
created. Jesus Christ is also the Creator of two other entities: the nation
of Israel and the Church. There is a progressive revelation in Scripture.
The Bible shows that the Creator of the physical universe is the Creator of
Israel, and also the Creator of an eternal people for God, the Church.
