At the beginning of the seven years the Antichrist will make a treaty that will allow Israel to build the altar and temple, and re-establish the Jewish sacrificial system. "Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering ..." (Dan. 9:27)
The daily sacrifices will begin when the temple mount is prepared and the altar is built, which will take approximately seven to eight months. The temple will be finished sometime before the middle of the seven years. The week begins with a false Messiah and ends with the coming of the true Messiah.
